dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı fantastik sinemanın örneklem olarak Harry Potter Ölüm Yadigarları filmlerinin göstergebilimsel ve masalın biçimbilimi yöntemleriyle uygunluğunun incelenmesidir. Tezin araştırması aşamasında etimolojik çalışmalar yapılmış ve "yadigar" kavramının doğu ve batı dillerinde kökenleri araştırılmıştır. Yadigar kavramı açıklandıktan sonra film içinde yer alan yadigarlar Batı mitolojisinde karşılıklarıyla ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada Greimascı yaklaşımla film kesitlere ayrılmış ve Greimas'ın değişiklerle geliştirdiği 'anlatının sözdizimi: dörtlü şema'dan yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmanın ilerleyen aşamalarında Prof. Dr.Simten Gündeş'in olgusal donanım analizi ele alınarak filmin olgusal donanımı çıkarılmış ve ardından Proppcu yaklaşıma göre 31 işlev ve 7 kahraman eylem alanı incelenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine fantasy cinema exemplifying "Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows" films in terms of semiology and their suitability to the methods of morphology of the fairy tale. During the stages of researching the thesis, etymological works have been done and the origins of the word "hallow" in the Western and the Eastern languages have been researched. After the notion of hallow has been explained, hallows used in the films have been evaluated alongside their equivalents from the Western mythology. In this study, the film is divided into segments using Griemasian approach and 'the syntax of the narration: a four-part schema' that Greimas developed with variations has been utilized. In the later stages of the study, factual facilities of the film has been extracted using Prof. Dr. Simten Gündeş's factual facilities analysis and then, the 31 functions and the 7 spheres of action according to Proppian approach have been investigated.en_US
