Özet
Tüm dünya nüfusundaki hızlı artış ve nüfusun kentlere ve büyük şehirlere kayması ile beraber, yoğun göç etkisiyle, metropoller kaotik ve muğlak yerleşim alanları olmuştur. Kentin bu karmaşık, heterojen yapısından rahatsızlık duyan ve kendini bu ortamdan izole etmek isteyen kesimin farklı konut arayışları, kentlerde ‘korunaklı konut yerleşmelerinin” oluşumunu tetiklemiştir. Genellikle müstakil tarzda görülen konutlar, banliyö yerleşimlerinin ilk örnekleridir. Bu tarz konutlar, özellikle 2000’ler sonrasında, yüksek konut yerleşimleri olarak kentin farklı noktalarına inşa edilmeye başlanmıştır. Günümüzde konut gereksinimine bağlı olarak Türkiye'de birçok proje yapılmaktadır. İnşaat firmaları konuta ilişkin temel gereksinimleri ve iç mimari istekleri karşılarken akıllı otomasyonları da tamamlayarak müşterilerine sunabilmektedirler. Tezin amacı bu konudaki gelişmeleri, faaliyetleri, tamamlayıcı faktörleri ve konut tasarımındaki etkilerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın kapsamı, konut tasarımında kullanılan akıllı ev sistemlerinin araştırılması ve bulguların değerlendirilmesidir.
n a period in which most of the world’s population live in the cities, metropolis become chaotic, vague placements as a result of intense migrations, increase in population. As a result of the complicated and heterogeneous structure of the cities, the citizens who want to isolate themselves from this chaotic environment triggered gated communities. In general detached house settlements were the initial examples of suburban development. Especially after the 2000’s high rise settlements were erected in different parts of the city. Today, there are many projects are being done in Turkey by reason of the demand of housing Construction companies can meet the fundamental needs of the housing and the interior design requests while they submit smart automations to their customers complementarily. The aim of the thesis is to determine the developments, activities, complementary factors in this area and the effects on the design of the housing. The scope of the research is to research intelligent home technology which is used at housing design and to evaluate the results.
