Primary fallopian tubal cancer is the rarest gynecologic malignancy. Bilaterality is also seldom. Adenocarcinoma is the most frequent hystologic type. Preoperatively mostly confused with ovarian cancer or tuboovarian abcess. They share similar behavioral processes and similar treatment protocols with epithelial ovarian carcinomas. We present a primary bilateral fallopian tubal carcinoma proven with in situ areas of bilateral p-53 mutations.en_US
