dc.description.abstractKentsel alanlar, sürekli dönüşen ve yaşayan canlı sistemlerdir. Bu değişim üzerinden var olan kentler ait oldukları zamanın politik, fiziksel, kültürel ve sosyo-ekonomik koşulları içerisinde yeniden şekillendirilir. Bu büyük dönüşüm süreci İstanbul üze-rinden irdelendiğinde, kentsel mekânda küreselleşmenin getirisi olan politik ve eko-nomik hedeflere yönelik büyük ölçekli toplumsal ve mekânsal başkalaşımların yer aldığı görülmektedir. Ülkemizde kentsel dönüşüm olgusu salt yapıya yönelik fiziksel müdahaleler üzerinden gelişmekte, bunun toplumsal yansımaları ise sosyal ayrışma olarak gözlemlenmektedir. Bu sebeple de kentte uygulanan dönüşüm projeleri kentli-leri göçmenleştirmektedir. Bu bağlamda, yeniden yapılandırma sürecini yaşamakta olan Kadıköy Fikirtepe, İstanbul'un sosyal, mekânsal ve yoğunluk sınırlarının aşıldığı bir güncel kentsel dönüşüm projesi olarak, "bölge kent" üretimine dair tartışılması gereken önemli bir örnektir. Bu tezin amacı; Fikirtepe kentsel dönüşüm projesinin toplumsal yaşam ve mekânsal pratikler üzerine etkileri ile dönüşüm süresince yer alan aktör ve rollerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla özellikle kentsel dönüşüm olgusunun, kentleşme hareketleri üzerinden tarihsel sürecine bakılmış, ardından tezin kavramsal çerçevesine göre Fi-kirtepe kentsel dönüşüm projesinin hedefleri, yöntemi ve dönüşüm sürecinde yer alan aktörler ve roller irdelenmiştir. Kadıköy Fikirtepe bölgesinde, yapılan alan çalışması, kentsel dönüşüm uygulamaları kapsamında dönüşüm aktörlerinin, bölgedeki rol ve hedeflerini, bölge üzerindeki çok yönlü etkilerini, yerel ve güncel kentsel dönüşüm uygulamalarına göre olan farklılıklarıyla ortaya koymayı hedeflemiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractUrban areas, constantly turning into and living systems. This time they belong to existing cities through the change of political, physical, cultural and socio-economic conditions in the reshaped. This great transformation process in which the urban spa-ce, globalization through İstanbul return political and economic goals intended for large-scale social and spatial metamorphosis of observed. In our country a case of urban transformation through physical interventions for developing salt structure, it is observed as the social segregation of social repercussions. For that reason, the city applied to the individuals whom the immigrant urban transformation projects. In this context, is the process of reconfiguring Kadıköy Fikirtepe, İstanbul's social, spatial and density exceeded the boundaries of an actual urban regeneration project, "regio-nal city" is an example of an important discussion about the production. The purpose of this thesis; Fikirtepe urban transformation project of social life and the effects of spatial practices located throughout the duration of the conversion with the actors and roles. For this purpose, in particular urban renewal through the histori-cal process of urbanization, the phenomenon of transactions maintained, then the thesis is dedicated to urban renewal projects in accordance with the conceptual fra-mework of the target, method and situated in the conversion process, the actors and roles has been evaluated. Kadıköy Fikirtepe district, field work, urban renewal appli-cations within the scope of the role of an actor and the conversion of goals with ver-satile effects in the region, according to local and current urban transformation aimed at putting the application with a difference.en_US
