dc.description.abstractlt is common knowledge, that all of the countries in the Black Sea region have different dynamics and are heterogeneous in terms of size, economic development, security concerns and foreign policy priorities. But, there is only one common denominator for both fostering cooperation and catalyzing conflict in the Black Sea basin, and this is energy.en_US
