dc.description.abstractIn this study, attitudes of local teachers towards native speakers was tried to be found out. As it is clear, many private schools employ native speakers of a language to teach a foreign language. But sometimes it can be because of business concerns as foreign teachers are accepted good public relation items and they help to promote the prestige of the schools. And sometimes these native speakers? income and bonuses can be much higher than the local teachers who do the same job and sometimes more. In this study we tried to find out what the local teachers think about their foreign counterparts and what their attitudes are towards native speaker who work in their schools. To understand these ten different schools were visited and 28 teachers were interviewed. They were asked 10 questions then finally their answers were compared. The result of this study can be used to create a better environment especially for local language teachers in work places where they will have no perception of injustice. dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, yerli öğretmenlerin yabancı öğretmenlere karşı tutumlarının ne olduğunu bulmak için yapılmıştır. Bilindiği üzere birçok özel okul bir hedef yabancı dili öğretmek için o dili anadil olarak konuşan doğal konuşmacı öğretmenler istihdam ederler. Fakat bu bazen ticari kaygılardan dolayı yapılan bir uygulamadır çünkü yabancı öğretmenler birer reklam aracı olarak görülür ve okulun prestijini arttırdıkları kabul edilir. Bu yabancı öğretmenlerin maaşları ve diğer ekstra olanakları onlarla aynı işi yapan ve hatta bazen daha fazlasını yaptığı düşünülen yerli öğretmenlerden çok daha iyi durumda olabilmektedir. Biz bu çalışmada yerli öğretmenlerin kendileriyle aynı okulda çalışan yabancı meslektaşları hakkında ne düşündüğünü ve onlara karşı tutumlarının ne olduğunu öğrenmeyi hedefledik. Bunu anlayabilmek için 10 okuldan toplam 28 öğretmenle görüşme yapıldı. Öğretmenlere 10 soru soruldu ve en sonunda bunların cevapları karşılaştırıldı. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları, yerli öğretmenlerin adaletsizlik algısına sahip olmadıkları, daha iyi çalışma ortamları oluşturmak için kullanılabilir.en_US
