Özet
Çanakkale’nin değerleri kültürel ve sosyoekonomik yaşamın; geleceğin standartlarının, kalitesinin ve doğrultusunun temelidir. Çanakkale’nin değerleri aynı yönde Çanakkale’nin ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel olanaklar ve değerler bütünlüğüdür. Çanakkale’nin bu nesnel ve öznel değerleri İlin merkez ve taşra ilçe şehirlerinde, köylerde farklılıklar ile bu farklılıkların bütünlüğü biçiminde geliştiği ve gelişmekte olduğu görülür. Çanakkale’nin ekonomik üretim olanakları ve değerleri sınırlıdır. Aynı yönde Çanakkale’nin nesnel ve öznel kültürel değerleri de sınırlıdır. Bu yönde Çanakkale’nin kültür değerleri, halkın metafizik sanıları, doğru ve yanlış inançları; gerçekçi, deneyci ve akılcı bilgileri ile iç içedir. Çanakkale’nin kültürel ve sosyoekonomik değerleri geçmişin gerçekçi, deneyci ve akılcı bilgi birikimi, bilimsel felsefe bakış açıları, geleceğe yönelik yeni değerler ve üretim olanakları doğrultularında ortaya çıkartılarak geliştirilmeleri gerektiği görülür. Ana amaç Türkiye’de Çanakkale’nin üretici, yaratıcı ve birleştirici değerlerini, ulusal eğitim ve ekonomisini, araştırma sistemini, sosyoekonomik yapının özgün ve katma değer yaratma önceliklerini araştırmak; çarelere ilişkin görüşleri ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma Çanakkale’nin halk sözlerini, kültür değerlerini bilim, bilimsel felsefe ilkeleri, bakış açıları ve yöntemleri doğrultusunda işleyerek Çanakkale’nin halk bilimi, halk felsefesi temellerini ortaya koymaya, geliştirmeye odaklanmıştır. Dolayısı ile Çanakkale’nin kültürel ve sosyoekonomik değerlerini gerçekçi, deneyci ve akılcı bilgiler; bilinenlerden ileri ve somut bilinmeyenlere doğru akıl yürütmeler çerçevesinde gerçekçi, araştırıcı ve üretici bilgi sistemleri biçiminde geliştirmenin yollarını araştırmıştır.
The values of Çanakkale are the fundament of the life in Çanakkale and the direction and quality of the future. The values of Çanakkale are the entirety of economic, socio-economic and cultural possibilities and values of Çanakkale. Such objective and subjective values have developed and have been also developing in the form of differences and in the entirety of such differences in the downtown, towns and village of Çanakkale Province. Despite the values, contents and criteria of Çanakkale exhibit some differences from villages to city and from town to town according to period of time; such values are general values being aimed in all societies in particular. Certain relationships of neighboring, relativeness and citizentry between city suburbs and village sections in Çanakkale, has been continuing to form some cultural, socio-economic and socio-psychological communications peculiar to them. In the suburbs of the city the identities of sects and ethnical communities are in the form of offsets of the personalities of village people. Such communities living in the sections of towns and villages have been still continuing their festival and relativeness relationships. People of the city, towns and villages are dependant to their religious beliefs and traditional cultural values. The possibilities and values of production of Çanakkale are limited. In the same way, the objective and subjective values of Çanakkale are limited, either. The development of the values of Çanakkale is aimed in line with the accumulation in the past, points of views for future as well as with the creation of new values, possibilities and opportunities. This aim is to study the productive, creative and connective values its national educational and researching systems of Çanakkale, and to determine the problems of creating the originality and added values becoming clear in the socio-economic structure in Turkey and to find proper solutions to such problems, and also to explain the comments of any concerned persons and institutions in such issues. In this way, the cultural values of Çanakkale, the metaphysical information and superstitions of its people telescope with the realistic, analytical and rationalistic knowledge. In this work, by processing the cultural values of Çanakkale in line with scientific and philosophical principles, points of view and methods, it has been tried to study and develop the folklore and scientific popular philosophy of Çanakkale. Hence, it has been tried to develop the values of Çanakkale in the form of the realistic, productive and researchable information systems in line with the realistic, analytical and rationalistic knowledge and implications from the known to the concrete unknown.
