dc.description.abstractMimarlıkta Sürdürülebilirlik; doğal kaynakların korunması, enerjinin korunması, suyun korunması, malzemenin korunması, yaşam döngüsü planlaması; Stratejiler, inşaat öncesi aşama, inşaat aşaması, inşaat sonrası aşama, hassas planlama, doğal koşulların korunması, kentsel planlama, kentsel planlama, insan konforuna yönelik planlama vb. başlıkları kapsamaktadır. Sürdürülebilir planlama kültürel yapıyı, yaşam tarzını ve konforunu desteklemeli, korumalı, insanların sağlık ve konforunu korumalıdır. Karadeniz bölgesi, eşsiz doğal ortamı ve mimari mirasıyla benzerlerinden farklılık göstermektedir. Yerel ustalar ve insanlar, bilgi ve becerileriyle çok zorlu coğrafya koşullarına uygun evler ve çeşitli mimari yapılar inşa ettiler. İnşaat malzemesinden işçiliğine kadar tamamen yerli kaynaklarla oluşturulan bu eşsiz yapı, aynı zamanda önemli bir ekolojik değere de sahip. Bu anlamda Karadeniz bölgesi sürdürülebilirlik ve ekoloji açısından, konut inşaatı ve konut mimarisi organizasyonu açısından çok önemli bir bölgedir. Öncelikle sürdürülebilir mimarlık alanında Dünya mimarisi incelenerek sonrasında Karadeniz Bölgesi geleneksel konutlarından örnekler seçilerek sürdürülebilir mimarlığın izleri araştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak yapılacak en uygun konut tipi iklimsel olarak uygun oranın doğal dokusuna uygun sürdürülebilir malzeme kullanmak sürdürülebilir konut planlaması olması gerektiği tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractSustainability in Architecture Consist of; natural resources, energy, water, materials, life cycle planning; Strategies include pre-construction phase, construction phase, post construction phase, precision planning, protection of natural conditions, urban planning, planning for human comfort, etc. Includes titles. Sustainable planning should support and protect the cultural structure, lifestyle and comfort, required to protect people's health and comfort. The Black Sea region differs from its counterparts with its unique natural environment and architectural heritage. Local craftsmen and people built houses and various architectural structures suitable for very difficult geographical conditions with their knowledge and skills. This unique structure, created entirely with domestic resources,from construction materials to workmanship, also has an important ecological value. In this sense, the Black Sea region is a very important region in terms of sustainability and ecology, housing construction and housing architecture organization. Firstly, the world architecture is examined in the field of sustainable housing architecture, and then the traces of sustainable architecture is investigated by selecting examples from the traditional houses of the Black Sea Region. As a result, it has been determined that the most suitable type of housing to be built should be sustainable housing planning, using sustainable materials suitable for the natural texture of the climatically appropriate area.en_US
