Özet
İnsanların bazı amaçlar doğrultusunda yapmış oldukları seyahatler sonucu meydana gelen konaklama yapıları, her geçen gün gelişmeye devam etmektedir. Zaman içinde farklılaşan bu yapılar belirli sınıflara ayrılmıştır. Oteller bu sınıflandırmanın en çok bilinen ve çok sayıda örneği görülen konaklama yapılarındandır. Kapadokya, sahip olduğu jeolojik yapı ve geçmişte farklı işlevler için oluşturulmuş kaya oyma yapılara sahip olmasından dolayı dünyanın en önemli doğal ve tarihi mirasları arasında yer almaktadır. Bu yapıların çoğu günümüzde hala otel, restoran, dükkân vs. gibi amaçlar için kullanılmaktadır. Yapıların tasarımlarının doğru şekilde yapılması için işlevinin, mekânlar arası ilişkinin ve bu ilişkilerin kuvvetli olması önemli bir etmendir. Yani yapının organizasyonel yapısı oldukça önemlidir. Organizasyonel yapı işlevsel, mekânsal ve biçimsel olarak ayrılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Kapadokya Bölgesi’nde yer alan Nevşehir’in Uçhisar İlçesi’nde bulunan kaya oyma otellerin incelenmesi; seçilen örnek yapıların işlevsel organizasyon, mekânsal organizasyon ve biçimsel organizasyon bakımından değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Accommodation structures, which are formed as a result of travels made by people for some purposes, continue to develop day by day. These structures, which have differentiated over time, have been divided into certain classes. Hotels are the most well-known and many examples of accommodation structures of this classification. Cappadocia is among the most important natural and historical heritages of the world due to its geological structure and rock-carved structures created for different functions in the past. Most of these structures are still hotels, restaurants, shops, etc. used for such purposes. In order for the buildings to be designed correctly, it is an important factor that the function, the relationship between spaces and these relationships are strong. In other words, the organizational structure of the structure is very important. The organizational structure is divided into functional, spatial and formal. In this study, the examination of the rock-hewn hotels in the Uçhisar District of Nevşehir in the Cappadocia Region; is aimed to evaluate the selected sample buildings in terms of functional organization, spatial organization and formal organization.
