Özet
Gün geçtikçe daha hızlı ürüne ulaşma, ürünü daha hızlı satılabileceği noktaya ulaştırma isteği, e-ticaret sistemlerinin devreye girmesi gibi ana etkenler, depo operasyonlarında yapılan işin daha verimli, hızlı ve kaliteli bir şekilde yapılması ihtiyacını artırmıştır. Manuel olarak ilerleyen depo operasyonlarında en büyük zamanı toplama süreçleri almaktadır. Toplama sürecinin hızlanabilmesi için gerek şart; ürüne stok alanından indirilmesini beklemeden, toplama alanında ulaşabilmektir. Bu sayede toplamada zaman kaybı oluşturan etkenlerden önemli bir tanesi ortadan kaldırılmış olur. Bu çalışmada toplama süreçlerine doğrudan etkisi bulunan ürün yerleşim sorunu ele alınacaktır. Ürün yerleşimi için kriterler belirlenecek ve kriterler önem derecelerine göre sıralanacaktır.
The main factors such as the need to reach the product more quickly, the speed to reach the point where the product can be sold, and the introduction of e-commerce systems have increased the need for more efficient, fast and quality work done in warehouse operations. Collection processes take the greatest time in manual warehouse operations. In order to accelerate the collection process, the requirement is to reach the product in the collection area without waiting for it to be unloaded from the stock area. In this study, the problem of product placement, which has a direct effect on the collection processes, will be discussed. Criteria for product placement will be determined and sorted according to their importance.
