Özet
İnsan, çağlar boyunca eğitilebilen bir varlık oluşu ile bilim dallarının araştırma konusu olmuştur. Bilmeye, öğrenmeye açık bir varlık olarak İnsanın bulunduğu her yerde eğitim kavramı da var olmuştur. İnsan, bir kültür ortamında dünyaya gelir ve o andan itibaren kültürün kuşatıcı etkisinde yaşamaya başlar. İçinde bulunduğu kültür ortamı İnsanın, dil ve eğitim ortamlarını da kapsar. Bu anlamda “insan”ı araştırma konusu yapan bilim adamları, kültür-dil ve eğitim ortamları üzerinden değerlendirme yaparlar. Bu bağlamda, “insan”ı ve insanın bilgiye yönelişini araştırma konusu yapan öncelikli bilgi dalı kuşkusuz felsefedir. Bu insanlık tarihi boyunca filozofların bu ilişkileri belirlemeye, çözmeye, açıklamaya çalıştıkları bilinmektedir. Nermi Uygur da filozof olarak onlardan biridir. Nermi Uygur insanı eğitim, kültür ve dil bağlamında ele alır. Uygur'a göre insan, doğal-tarihsel-toplumsal-kültürel bir varlıktır ve insan, kendinden hareket ederek, dışdünyayla ilişki kurarak bu kavramlara ulaşır. İnsanın dış dünyayla ilişkisi ise dilinin gücüyle biçimlenir. Nermi Uygur'un eğitim felsefesinin değerlendirildiği bu tezde filozofun eğitim anlayışının art alanındaki kültür-dil-felsefe-eğitim kavramları insan ve toplum üzerinden değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
The human being has been the subject of all branches of science during the ages, because it’s an educable and trainable being. There has been the concept of training and education anywhere, where human exists, as a being, which is open to know and learn. The human being is born within the environment of culture and begins to live under the surrounding effect of culture beginning with that moment. The cultural milieu, which the human being is in it, involves also the language and education environments of human. In this framework, scientists, who make the human being as a research subject, present assessments on the environments of culture-language and education. In this contex, the basic research area which makes the human being and his/her orientation concerning knowledge is philosophy. It is known that the philosophers have tried to determine, explain and solve these relations during whole history of human. Nermi Uygur is also one of them as a philosopher. He discusses the human in the context of the concepts of education, culture and language. According to Uygur, the human being is a natural-historical-social-cultural being and he/she reaches these concepts by starting from his/herself and establishing relations with external world. The relation of human being with external world is shaped by his power of language. In this thesis, in which the education philosophy of Nermi Uygur is assessed, the concepts of culture language philosophy education existing in the background of the philosopher were tried to be assessed on the base of human being and community.
