dc.description.abstractData mining is a technology used in different disciplines to search for significant relationships among variables in large data sets. Data mining is mainly used in commercial applications. In this study, we concentrated on the application of data mining in an education environment. The relationship between students university entrance examination results and their success was studied using cluster analysis and k-means algorithm techniques.en_US
