| dc.description.abstract | The rules and laws that deal with an individual's legal rights to designs, inventions or programs are all classified under the heading 'intellectual property'. These laws are designed to protect the creative works of individuals, allowing them to profit from what they've created with protection under the law individuals are encouraged to produce works that benefit the general public without fear of theft. Therefore, intellectual property is divided into four categories. Accordingly. there is a need for improved training methods for protecting our inventions and creations of the mind. The immediate oblective of this project is to define and explain the development of a large market in the tech industry and usefull tips that startup companies have created for intellectual property. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bireylerin tasarımları, buluşları veya programları ile olan haklarını koruyan kurallara ve yasalara "fikri mülkiyet hakkı" denir. Bu yasalar bireylerin yaratıcı çalışmalarını korumayı hedeflerken oluşturdukları ürünlerden kar elde etmelerine olanak tanır. Yasa koruması altında bireyler hırsızlık korkusundan etkilenmeden genel halkın da yararlanabileceği çalışmalar ortaya koymak için yüreklendirilirler. Bu nedenle fikri mülkiyet hakkı dört ana başlık altında bölümlenir. Benzer şekilde, buluşlarımızı korumak ve aklımızdakileri gerçeğe dönüştürmek için geliştirilmiş eğitim tekniklerine de gereksinim vardır. Bu projenin ilk amacı teknoloji sektöründe geniş bir pazarın geliştirilmesini tanımlamak ve incelemektir. Çalışmada ek olarak yeni kurulan şirketlerin fikri mülkiyet haklarını korumaları için de ipuçları sunulmaktadır. | en_US |
