Özet
Diabetes mellitus, a metabolic disease, is associated with aberrant glucose uptake, high blood glucose concentrations. Hyperglycemia induced reactive axygen species (ROS) mediates reduction in glucose amino glycans (GAGs) component and insufficiency in insulin related signaling pathways.
