dc.description.abstractBu tez, olası bitcoin yatırımcılarına sunulan haberlerin üretilmesinde medyanın rolünün anlaşılması amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunun için birer medya aracı olan gazetelerin ekonomi haberlerine odaklanılmıştır. Bu aşamada egemen görüşte olan iki gazete eleştirel görüşte olan iki gazete seçilerek haberler belirli kategoriler ekseninde karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. Bu karşılaştırma haberin üretim sürecinin arkasında yatan bilgiyi açıkladığından aynı zamanda bitcoinin üretim süreci, alım ve satım süreci ve sistem içerisindeki yerinin anlaşılmasını sağlayarak tezin amaçlarının ve araştırma sorularının cevaplanmasını ve anlaşılmasını sağlamıştır. Tezin birinci bölümünde paranın fiziksel formuyla dijital formu karşılaştırılarak incelenmiştir. Paranın değişen yapısı tarihsel bir biçimde ele alınmış akabinde dijital paradan kripto paraya buradan da daha özelde bitcoine doğru bir literatür araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Geleneksel ve dijitali ele alan bu karşılaştırma paranın ekonomi-politik yönünü anlamayı sağlaması açısından da aydınlatıcı olmuştur. Tezin ikinci bölümünde ekonomi haberleri, dezenformasyon ve eleştirel medya yaklaşımlarına odaklanılmıştır. Burada ekonomi haberlerinin nasıl üretildiği, kullanıcıların algılarını nasıl biçimlendirdiği, haberde dezenformasyonun nasıl ve hangi amaçla kullandığı açıklanmıştır. Aynı zamanda eleştirel medya yaklaşımlarında kullanılan kavramlar olan; devletin ideolojik aygıtları, rızanın üretimi, hegemonya ve dijital emek kavramları bitcoini anlamak için araç olarak kullanılmıştır. Tezin araştırma bölümünde ise “içerik analizi yöntemi” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada yalnız bitcoin haberlerine odaklanıldığı için amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi benimsenmiştir. Aynı zamanda içerik analizini gerçekleştirmek için bir araştırma modeli önerilmiştir. Bu model hem nitel hem de nicel içerik analizini oluşturan karma araştırma yöntemini içeren bir kategorileşme çabasını tanımlamaktadır. Bu çerçevede gazete haberleri, haberin başlığı, haberin atmosferi, haberde kullanılan sözcükler ve haberin görseli kategorileri çerçevesinde analiz edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis thesis was carried out to understand the role of media in producing news presented to prospective bitcoin investors. For this reason, on the economy news of newspapers have been focused, which are media tools. At this stage, two newspapers with a dominant opinion were selected and two newspapers with a critical opinion were selected and the news were examined comparatively on the axis of certain categories. Since this comparison explains the information behind the production process of the news, it also provides an understanding of the production process, buying and selling process of bitcoin, and its place in the system, providing the answers and understanding of the aims and assumptions of the thesis. In the first part of the thesis, the physical form of money and its digital form of money has been compared and examined. The changing structure of money has been dealt with in a historical way, and then a literature search has been carried out from digital money to crypto money and more specifically to bitcoin. This comparison, which deals with traditional and digital, has also been illuminating in terms of providing an understanding of the economic-political aspect of money. The second part of the thesis focuses on economic news, disinformation and critical media approaches. Here, it is explained how economy news is produced, how it shapes users' perceptions, how and for what purpose disinformation is used in the news. At the same time, the concepts used in critical media approaches; The ideological apparatuses of the state, the production of consent, hegemony and digital labor concepts have been used as tools to understand bitcoin. "Content analysis method" was used the research part of the thesis, Purposive sampling method was adopted as the research focused only on bitcoin news. At the same time, a research model is proposed to perform content analysis. This model describes a categorization effort that includes a mixed research method that creates both qualitative and quantitative content analysis. In this context, newspaper news was analyzed within the framework of the title of the news, the atmosphere of the news, the words used in the news and the image of the newsen_US
