Business cannot ignore such trend therefore it needs to participate in this global conversation, and yet it is very difficult to choose the right way for achieving it. There are many social media created for various purposes, and huge number of user clusters in every social media, so almost every company can find a corresponding audience. lt is easier and cheaper for lT companies to keep in touch with their customers by downloading videos on YouTube, post news via Twitter, and to hire new employers via Linkedln, than to use traditional services (e.g. commercials or employment agencies)...en_US
