| dc.description.abstract | Oteller, ücret kar?ılığında insanlara konaklama hizmeti sunan ve deği?kenlik göstermekle birlikte çe?itli ihtiyaçlarını kar?ılamalarına ve eğlenceye de imkan veren yapılardır. Bu yapılar; hacimlerine, konaklama süresine, amacına ve bulunduğu konuma göre çe?itlenirler. Kent içinde bulunan oteller ise kent oteli olarak anılır. Kent otellerinin tasarımında rol oynayan birçok faktör bulunur. Geçmi?ten günümüze kadar süregelen faktörlerin yanısıra, günümüzün getirmi? olduğu ?artlar ile olu?an faktörler de vardır. Otelin genel tasarımında göz önüne alınması gereken bu faktörlere ek olarak, otelin çe?itli kısımlarının planlamasında; kullanı?lılığı ve mü?teri memnuniyetini artırmak için bir takım prensip ve ölçüler izlenir. Tasarımı etkileyen tüm bu faktörlerin ve planlama stratejisinin en büyük etkenlerinden bir tanesi konumdur. Bulunduğu konum, otelin tasarımı için büyük öneme sahiptir. Konaklama yapacak insanlar, etraftaki alt yapı, ula?ım yolları, i?letme maliyeti ve yapım maliyeti gibi otelin tasarımında rol oynayan etkenlerin tümü otelin bulunduğu konuma göre deği?kenlik gösterir. Kent otelleri, aynı kavram adı altında anılsalar da kent içindeki konumlarına göre farklı karakteristik özellikler ta?ırlar. Kentin merkezi konumunda yer alan oteller etrafındaki alt yapılara göre bir takım özellikleri bünyelerinde barındırmazken, kentin sınırına yerle?mi?, etrafındaki alt yapı kısıtlı olan oteller merkezdeki otele göre daha nitelikli olurlar. Bu çalı?mada; otel ve kent otellerinin tasarım kriterleri incelenmi?, bu kriterler arasından en büyük öneme sahip olan faktörlerden konumun, tasarım üzerindeki etkileri ara?tırılmı?tır. ?ehir merkezinde ve ?ehir sınırına yakın olan iki otel örneği belirlenmi?, konumun bu otelleri nasıl etkilediği röportaj ve inceleme yoluyla sunulmu?tur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Hotels are structures that provide accommodation services to people for a fee and allow them to meet their various needs and entertain while they vary. They vary according to their volume, duration of stay, purpose and location. The hotels in the city are called city hotels. There are many factors that play a role in the design of city hotels. In addition to the factors that have continued from the past to the present, there are also factors created by the conditions brought by today. In addition to these factors that should be taken into consideration in the general design of the hotel, in the planning of various parts of the hotel; A number of principles and measures are followed to increase usability and customer satisfaction. One of the biggest element of all these factors and planning strategy affecting the design is location. Its location is of great importance for the design of the hotel. All of the factors that play a role in the design of the hotel, such as people to accommodate, the surrounding infrastructure, access roads, operating cost and construction cost, vary according to the location of the hotel. Although city hotels are called under the same concept name, they have different characteristics according to their location in the city. Hotels located in the center of the city; While it does not contain some features according to the surrounding infrastructures, the hotels located in the border of the city and whose infrastructure is limited are more qualified than the hotel in the center. In this study; the design criteria of hotel and city hotels were examined, and the effects of the location which is one of the most important factor on the design were investigated. Two examples of hotels in the city center and close to the city border were identified, and how the location affected these hotels was presented through interviews and reviews. | en_US |
