Seaports have been in subject to a major privatization effort in Turkey. Mersin, İskenderun, İzmir, Denice, Bandırma and Samsun Ports have been decided to privatized since 2005, but only Mersin Port's privatization has been fully completed, and the others are expected to be completed soon...
