Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okulu yöneticilerinin liderlik stilleri ile öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda önce öğretmen görüşlerine göre, ilköğretim okulu yöneticilerinin liderlik stilleri ile öğretmenlerin örgütsel güven algıları arasındaki ilişki belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra ise öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu ve meslekteki kıdem yılı değişkenlerine göre anlamlı fark gösterip göstermediği belirlenmiştir.Bu araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2011-2012 eğitim öğretim yılında, Yalova ili merkezi, Altınova ilçesi ve Çiftlikköy ilçesindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 300 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama aracı iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölüm tarafımdan hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu, ikinci bölüm Gümüş (2010) tarafından geliştirilen Liderlik ve Güven ölçeğidir. Toplanan verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistik yöntemleri, bağımsız grup t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi(ANOVA), pearson çift yönlü korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır.
The purpose of this research is determining the relationship between elementary school administrators leadership styles and teachers organiational trust perceptions. In line with this purpose first elementary school administrators leadership styles and teachers organiational trust perceptions are determined according to teachers views. Then it is analyzed whether the teachers' views show a significant difference according to variables (gender, age, educational level, professional seniority).In this research the relational model was used. The sample of this research consisted of 300 teachers, who had been selected by using simple random samplingmethod, worked at elementary schools in Altınova, Çiftlikköy districts of Yalova province in 2011-2012 school year. Data collection instrument used in this study consisted of two parts. The first part prepared by the author is Personal Information Form, the second part developed by Gümüş (2010) is Leadership and Trust questionary. In the analysis of the collected data, descriptive statistical methods, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA analysis, Pearson correlation analysis were used.
