| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez, denetimli serbestliğe tabi tutulan gençlerin suç işlemelerinde ailenin etkisini anlamaya yönelik bir çalışma olup, “denetimli serbestlik sisteminin” suç önlemede etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın teorik çerçevesini sosyal öğrenme teorisi ve sosyal kontrol teorisi oluşturmaktadır. Gençlerin suç işlemelerinde etkili olan ailesel nedenlerin tespiti için ilk olarak literatür taraması yapılmış, genç suçluluğu ve aile yapısı üzerine yapılmış olan diğer çalışmalar incelenmiş ve “Anadolu Denetimli Serbestlik Müdürlüğü’nde” bulunan 18- 30 yaş arası 60 kişiyle derinlemesine görüşme yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda aile yapısına ilişkin olarak; ebeveynlerin eğitim ve ekonomik seviyeleri, çocuklarına karşı davranış ve tutumları, alkol ve uyuşturucu madde alışkanlıkları ve suç geçmişlerine ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmiştir. En genel anlamıyla ailede suç unsuru içeren davranışların gençlerin suç işlemelerinde ne gibi etkilerinin olabileceği incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, gençlerin aile yapıları ile suç işlemeleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu tezin bir diğer amacı ise, “denetimli serbestlik sisteminin” suçu önlemedeki etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Bu bağlamda denetime tabi tutulan gençlerden elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda, sistemin suçu önlemede yeterli olmadığı ve iyileştirme faaliyetlerinin hedeflenenin gerisinde kaldığı tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, it is aimed to determine family related reasons which have influence in youngsters who have committed crime and are under probation, and to determine effects of probation system in preventing crime. Social learning theory and social control theory compose theoretical framework of the study. To determine family related reasons which have influence in youngsters to commit a crime literature review was initially performed, other studies performed on youth crime and family structure were reviewed and study was performed with in-depth interview method performed with 60 people, aged between 18 and 30, at “Anatolian Probation Directorate.” In this context, regarding family structure, information on education and economic level of parents, on behaviour and attitude of parents for their children, on alcohol and drug addiction and criminal record of parents is provided. In the most general sense, possible effects of behaviour which involves crime elements on youth were analysed. According to obtained results, it was determined that there is a logical correlation between family structure and youth delinquency. Another aim of this thesis is to investigate effects of probation system on prevention of crime. In this context, it was determined according to data acquired from youth under probation that system was not qualified enough to prevent crime, improvement activities fell behind what was targeted and the system was not deterrent as it is. | en_US |
