Skin cancers are the most common malignancy throughout the world and are responsible for approximately 1% of deaths from cancer. 1 Sun exposure for a long time particularly plays an important role in their etiology. Squamous cell carcinoma is the second leading malignancy of the face after basal cell carcinoma. The type of this primary malignancy destroying two functional and aesthetic units such as the nose and lip simultaneously is seen rarely.en_US
