dc.description.abstractÇeşitli nedenlerle kulak lobülü keloidi oluşmuş hastalarda; cerrahi, postoperatif erken steroid enjeksiyonu ve yine erken dönemde klipsli küpe içerisine yerleştirilmiş silikon jel yaprak uygulamasını kombine ederek kullandık. Çalışmamızda kulak lobülünde keloidi olan 3 hastaya önce eksizyon uygulanmış, postoperatif 7. günde silikon jel yaprak tatbik edilmiş, 14. günde triamsinolon asetonid enjeksiyonu yapılmıştır. Hastaların geç dönem takipleri yapılarak, olgularımızda nüksle karşılaşılmamış, kozmetik sonuçları kabul edilir bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractWe used a combined therapy that consisted of excision, steroid injection, and application of silicone gel sheet in early postoperative period for the patients having ear lobe keloids. First of all, surgical excision was performed, and then silicone gel sheet placed in clips of earring was applied in the postoperative 7th day, triamcinolon acetonid was injected to the lesion site in the postoperative 14th day. After late postoperative period, we did not encounter recurring of the lesions, and cosmetic results were acceptable.en_US
