Özet
Dünya hızla değişmekte, iş modelleri, çalışma şekilleri, ürünler, hizmetler, müşteri beklentileri, pazar ve sektör çeşitleri bu değişimden etkilenmektedir. Teknolojinin ve dijitalizasyonun böyle hızlı geliştiği ortama, liderlerin ve şirketlerin uyum sağlaması bir gereklilik olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, Endüstri 4.0 çağında şirketlerin pazarda rakipleri ile mücadele edebilmesi, değişim ve dönüşüme yatkınlıkları ile doğru orantılıdır. Bu hızla değişen dünyada eskisinden farklı liderlere, yönetim şekillerine, düşünce sistemlerine, insan beceri ve yetkinliklerine, iş yapış şekillerine, daha yüksek verimlilik ve sürdürülebilirliğe ihtiyaç olduğu açıktır. Türkiye’de üç farklı endüstri türünde (Dijital/Yazılım, Hizmet/Servis, Üretim/İmalat) faaliyet gösteren İSO 500 ve İSO2. 500 içerisindeki 197 sanayi kuruluşunun çalışanlarından çevrimiçi anket uygulaması ile toplanan veriler kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS v28 programı ile yapılan korelasyon, regresyon, sobel, anova analizleri kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Dördüncü Sanayi Devriminde Liderlik: Liderlik 4.0 konusunu incelemektir. Buradan hareketle, Endüstri 4.0 olgunluk seviyesi ile Firma Performansı ilişkisinde Liderlik 4.0 ‘ın (Dönüşümsel, Çevik, Dijital Liderlik) aracı rolü incelenmiş ve kısmi aracı rolü tespit edilmiştir. Buna ek olarak bu değişkenlerin birbirleriyle pozitif ve anlamlı ilişkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Diğer yandan, Çevresel Belirsizliğin (VUCA) değişkenler arasındaki düzenleyici etkisi incelenmiş ve bu etkiye rastlanmamıştır. Endüstri 4.0 ile demografik değişkenler arasında anova analizleri yapıldığında, Endüstri 4.0’ın endüstri türlerine, firma büyüklüğüne ve firma sektörüne göre farklılık gösterdiği hipotezleride desteklenmiştir. Çalışmada Liderlik 4.0 olarak ifade edilen, Dönüşümsel, Çevik ve Dijital Liderlik tarzları ile Endüstri 4.0 ve Firma Performansı ilişkisinde bir model önerisi verilmiştir.
The world is changing rapidly, business models, working styles, products, services, customer expectations, market and sector types are affected by this change. It is a necessity for leaders and companies to adapt to the environment where technology and digitalization develop so rapidly. However, in the age of Industry 4.0, the ability of companies to compete with their competitors in the market is directly proportional to their tendency to change and transformation. It is clear that in this rapidly changing world, different leaders, management styles, thinking systems, human skills and competencies, ways of doing business, higher productivity and sustainability are needed. Data collected from the employees of 197 industrial organizations operating in three different types of industry (Digitalization, Service, Production) , in ISO500 and ISO2. 500 in Turkey, by the application of online survey were used. Correlation, regression, sobel and anova analyzes made with the SPSS v28 program were used in the analysis of the data. The aim of this study; It is to examine the subject of Leadership in the Fourth Industrial Revolution: Leadership 4.0. From this point of view, the mediator role of Leadership 4.0 (Transformational, Agile, Digital Leadership) in the relationship between Industry 4.0 maturity level and Firm Performance has been examined and its partial mediator role has been determined. In addition, it was observed that these variables had a positive and significant relationship with each other. On the other hand, the moderator effect of Environmental Uncertainty (VUCA) among the variables was examined and this effect was not found. When anova analyzes were made between Industry 4.0 and demographic variables, the hypotheses that Industry 4.0 differs according to industry types, company size and company sector were also supported. In the study, a model proposal is given in the relationship between Transformational, Agile and Digital Leadership styles, which is expressed as Leadership 4.0, and Industry 4.0 and Company Performance.
