| dc.description.abstract | İşletmelere maliyet ve verimlilik avantajı sağlayan e-dönüşüm projelerinde kişisel verilerin gizliliğine gereken önemin verilmemesi başta olmak üzere yapılan bir takım yanlışlar büyük maddi zararlara ve itibar kayıplarına neden olabilmektedir. Şirketlerin bilgi varlıkları hızla dijital ağlar üzerine taşınmaktadır. Endüstri 4.0, IoT tabanlı yeni nesil teknoloji araçlarının kullanımıyla siber tehditlerin hedefi daha da büyümektedir. 2018 Küresel bilgi güvenliği araştırma raporunda robot bilim yâda otomasyon kullanan şirketlerin %40’ı sistemlerine yapılacak bir siber saldırının en kritik sonucunun sistemlerin kesintiye uğraması olduğunu belirtiyorlar (PwC, CIO ve CSO, 2018). Diğer taraftan Alibaba.com e-ticaret sitesi 11.11.2017’de kutlanan Singles' Day gününde 1 milyar dolarlık satış işlem hacmini 2 dakika içerisinde tamamlamışken, 2018 yılında aynı işlemi 85 saniyede gerçekleştirmiştir (Alibaba.com, 2018). Ticarette küresel boyutta değişim gösteren dijital market uygulamalarında olduğu gibi e-dönüşüm projelerinde de müşteri güven ve sadakatinin sürdürülebilmesi şirketlerin ve müşterilerinin kritik bilgilerine ilişkin güvenliğin uçtan uca sağlanması ile mümkündür. Bu çalışma, işletmeler açışından ortaya çıkabilecek siber tehdit ve saldırılara bağlı oluşan yeni risklerin görülebilmesi ve etkili tedbirlerin önceden alınabilmesine katkı sağlamaya yönelik güvenlik çerçevesi oluşturma adımlarını sunmayı amaçlamaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In e-transformation projects that provide cost and efficiency advantages to enterprises, a number of mistakes especially not giving special importance to personal data can cause big material losses and loss of reputation. The companies' information assets are quickly carried over to digital networks. The use of Industry 4.0, IoT-based next-generation technology tools, further increases the target of cyber threats. 40% of companies using robotics or automation in the global information security research report state that the most critical result of a cyber attack on their systems is the disruption of systems (PwC, CIO and CSO, 2018). On the other hand, the Alibaba.com e-commerce website completed the transaction volume of $ 1 billion in 2 minutes on Singles' Day, which was celebrated on 11.11.2017, and in the 85 seconds in 2018 (Alibaba.com, 2018). As in digital market applications that change globally in trade, maintaining customer trust and loyalty in e-transformation projects is possible by providing end-to-end security for critical information of companies and customers. The aim of this study is to present the steps of creating a security framework in order to see the new risks arising from the cyber threats and attacks that may arise from the enterprises' perspective and to contribute to the pre-acquisition of effective measures. | en_US |
