dc.description.abstractBir tedarik zinciri; tedarikçiler, imalatçılar, dağıtıcılar, toptancılar, perakendeciler gibi çeşitli iş aktörlerinden oluşan bir ağda, hammadde temininden ürünlerin son tüketicilere dağıtım ve pazarlanmasına kadarki tüm iş süreçlerinin birlikte uyum içinde hareketini sağlamak üzere, malların, bilginin ve fonların akışını yöneten bütünleşik bir sistem olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu iş ağının öğe türlerinin, sayılarının ve yerlerinin tespiti, birbirleri arasındaki fiziksel akışının belirlenmesi gibi alt problemleri içeren ağ tasarımı problemi tedarik zinciri yönetimi içinde stratejik bir öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, ilaç sektöründe hizmet veren üretici firma, İstanbul'da bulunan 2 fabrikasında ürettiği ürünleri bölgesel distribütörleri aracılığıyla 170,000'in üzerinde satış noktasına ulaştırmaktadır. Bu amaçla kurulmuş olan dağıtım ağının ölçeği ve lojistik maliyeti yüksek olup, Türkiye'nin her bölgesine dağıtımda hedeflenen hizmet düzeyine ulaşmak oldukça zordur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, birim zamanda fabrikadan ecza deposuna gönderilen ilaç miktarını maksimize etmektir. Çalışma kapsamında; stratejik düzeyde, son ürünlerin dağıtımı için tedarik zinciri ağ tasarımı, operasyonel düzeyde ise minimum miktarda kaynak kullanarak fabrikadan ecza deposuna maksimum miktarda ilaç gönderimi sağlamak üzerine çalışılmıştır. Bunun için firmanın dağıtım ağı stratejisine uygun olarak ARENA 14.5. kullanılarak alternatif simülasyon modelleri geliştirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractA supply chain can be defined as an integrated system, which manages information, money and physical distribution, in order to synchronize a series of business processes from the supply of raw materials and components to delivery of finished products through end customers in a network that includes various business actors such as suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Network design problem, that includes sub problems such as assigning the numbers and the locations of entities of this business network and determining the amount of physical distribution among these entities, has a strategic role in supply chain management. The manufacturing company operating in the pharmaceutical sector delivers products produced in its 2 factories that are located in İstanbul to more than 170,000 retail points through regional distributors. The distribution network developed for this purpose is very large in scale and has a high annual logistics cost. Moreover, it is hard to attain the same target service level all through the country. The aim of this study is to maximize the amount of pharmaceutical delivered from factory to pharmaceutical warehouse per unit time. In the strategical level, the design of the supply chain for the distribution of the products, while in the operational level maximizing the transportation of pharmaceuticals by using the minimum amount of resources have been focused on in the context of this study. For this purpose, alternative simulation models have been developed using ARENA 14.5 software according to firm's distribution network design.en_US
