Yeni nesil oral antikoagülan eğitiminin hemşirelerin bilgi düzeyi üzerine etkisi

Özet
Bu çalışma, hemşirelere verilen yeni nesil oral antikoagülan eğitiminin bilgi düzeyleri üzerine olan etkisini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Çalışma ön test- son test yöntemiyle yarı deneysel olarak yapıldı. Çalışmanın evrenini Kasım 2022- Aralık 2022 tarihleri arasında İstanbul ilinde bulunan bir vakıf üniversitesi hastanesinde çalışan hemşireler oluşturdu. Örneklemini dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan 70 hemşire oluşturdu. Çalışma verileri ‘Tanımlayıcı Bilgi Formu’ ve ‘Yeni Nesil Oral Antikoagülan Bilgi Formu’ ile toplandı. Yapılan ön test sonrası hemşirelere yeni nesil oral antikoagülanlar ilgili planlı eğitim verildi ve 2 hafta sonra son test uygulandı. Veriler SPSS for Windows 20.0 paket programı ile analiz edildi. Çalışmaya katılan hemşirelerin; %71’ünün kadın, %38,6’sının lisans mezunu, %60’ının meslekte 1-5 yıl arasında çalıştığı ve %22,9’unun genel yoğun bakım ünitesinde çalıştığı belirlendi. Hemşirelerin “Yeni Nesil Oral Antikoagülan Bilgi Formu” ön test toplam puan ortalaması 4,74, son test toplam puan ortalaması ise 11,51 bulundu. Hemşirelerin yeni nesil oral antikoagülan bilgi formunun son testteki toplam puan ortalamalarının ön testteki toplam puan ortalamalarına göre anlamlı derece daha yüksek olduğu saptandı (t:7,294; p:000). Bu çalışmayla hemşirelere verilen eğitimin yeni nesil oral antikoagülanlara ilişkin bilgi düzeylerini arttırdığı saptandı.
This study was conducted to determine the effect of new oral anticoagulants (NOAC) training, given to nurses, on their knowledge levels. The study was performed quasi-experimental, with pre-post testing. Study population included nurses working at a foundation hospital in Istanbul, between November 2022 and December 2022. 70 nurses who met the inclusion criteria were participated in the study. Study data was collected with “ Descriptive Information Form” and “New Oral Anticoagulants Information Form”. After the pre-test, planned training about new oral anticoagulants was given to nurses and post-test was performed after 2 weeks. The data was analysed with SPSS for Windows 20.0 program. Among the participants of the study, %71were female, %38,6 had bachelor’s degree, %60 had 1-5 years of experience and %22,9 were working at general intensive care unit. While the pre-training mean score of “ New Oral Anticoagulants Information Form” was 4.74, the post-traning mean score was 11.51. We found that the post-training mean score “New Oral Anticoagulants Information Form” was significantly higher than pre-training mean score ( t:7.294; p:0.00). With this study, we demonstrated that given to nurses increased their knowledge level about new oral anticoagulants.
