8-10 Yas Çocuklarında DE/HB Olgusunun Zeka, Kognitif ve Kisilik Dinamikleri Açılarından incelenmesi Bu arastırmada DE/HB belirtileri gösteren ancak tanısı konulmamıs ve ilaç kullanmamıs 8-10 yas aralıgındaki 30 çocuk, DE/HB belirtileri göstermeyen 8-10 yas aralıgındaki 31 çocuk, karsılastırılmıstır. Tüm olgulara DSM-IV ölçütlerine göre degerlendirildikten sonra, WlSC-R, BGGA ve Ç.A.T uygulanmıstır. Olguların annelerine de Eysenck Kisilik Envanteri uygulanmıstır. Enürezis ve kardes geçimine göre ve disiplin yöntemleri konusunda esle uyum durumu gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık görülmektedir. Disiplin yöntemlerinden; dayak uygulaması oranı deney grubu olgularında kontrole göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmustur. Kardes rekabeti gruplara göre anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir. Anne figürünün sefkatli olusu deney grubu olgularında kontrole göre anlamlı düzeyde düsük bulunmustur. Endise yapılarından onaylanmama puanı deney grubu olgularında kontrole göre ileri düzeyde anlamlı düsük bulunmustur. Sevgi eksikligi puanı deney grubu olgularında kontrole göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksek bulunmustur. Otorite puanlarından güçlü figürü puanları deney grubu olgularında kontrole göre anlamlı düzeyde düsük bulunmustur. Sevecen puanları da yine deney grubu olgularında anlamlı düzeyde düsüktür.
An Examination of ADHD in 8-10 Aged Children by the Aspects of IQ, Cognitive and Dynamics of Personality ? In this study, the clinical group consists of 30 children ( 8-10 ) who have syptomps of ADHD but not diagnosed as ADHD and havent used drugs and the control group which consists of 31 children ( 8-10 ) who havent had symptomps of ADHD had been compared. The two groups have been evaluated according to DSM-IV criteria and CAT, Bender Gestalt Test, WISC-R have been applied to the children. The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire applied to the mothers of the children. Accompany with brothers/sisters and compatibility of parents in using methods of discipline are significantly high in control group compared to clinical group. Enuresis and beating are significantly high in clinical group compared to control group Compared to control group, the tender mother figure and competition between brothers/sisters are seen significantly low in clinical group. In relation to nature of anxieties,disapproval points are remarkably low and lack of love points are significantly high in clinical group compared to control group. In assestment of the authoratative points such as vivid and caring points are also significantly low in clinical compared to control group. Neuroticism points in EPQ and the total fault points, perseveration points in Bender Test are significantly high in clinical group compared to control group.
