dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, somut işlem döneminde olan 8-9 yaş çocukları ile soyut işlem döneminde olan 12-13 yaş çocuklarının, görsel bellek farklılıkları incelenmiştir. 8 yaş grubundan 34 öğrenci, 9 yaş grubundan 34 öğrenci, 12 yaş grubundan 34 öğrenci ve 13 yaş grubundan 34 öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 136 öğrenci ile örneklem grubu oluşturulmuştur. Deneklere test bataryaları olarak Cattell Zeka Testi (2A Formu) Rey-Osterreith Karmaşık Figür Testi, Rey-Osterreith Complex Figure Test (ROCF), Benton Görsel Akılda Tutma Testi, Benton Visual Retention Test (F Formu), Somut-Soyut Kelime Listesi uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan bu testlerin sonuçları istatistiki yöntemle analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; 12-13 yaş grubunun Benton V.R.T., ROCF, Somut-Soyut Kelime Listesi puanları ortalaması, 8-9 yaş grubunun ortalamasından anlamlı derecede yüksek bulunmuştur. en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the visual memory differences between the 8 and 9 year- old-children who belong to operational stage and 12 and 13 year- old-children who belong to formal operational stage. The study was administered to 136 students in total, 34 eight year olds, 34 nine year olds, 34 twelve year olds and 34 thirteen year olds who are attending the Koc School. The subjects were tested by means of "The Cattell Test (Form 2A) Rey-Osterreith Complex Figure Test (ROCF), Benton Visual Retention Test (Form F) and Concrete-Abstract Words List. The results were analyzed using statistics and it was found that the avarage of the scores which the 12-13 year- old- students got from the tests was higher than the avarage of the scores that the 8-9 year-old-students got.en_US
