dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, özel veya üstün yetenekli çocuklara eğitim veren okul ve merkezler için eğitim ve yönetim modellerini incelemeyi, değerlendirilmeyi ve geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.Bu araştırmayla özel veya üstün yetenekli çocukların eğitiminde program ve modeller incelenmiş, geliştirmeye yönelik hazırlık yapılabilmesi açısından yöneticilerle, öğretmenlerle, öğrencilerle görüşme yapılmış, İstanbul BİLSEM ve Beyazıt Ford Otosan İlköğretim Okulu öğretmen ve öğrencileriyle görüşmelerde yüz yüze anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiş ve bunların ışığında bir model önerisi getirilmeye çalışılmıştır.Verilerin istatistiksel analizi ve değerlendirilmesi sırasında ilk olarak çalışmada temel alınan değişkenlere ilişkin tanımlayıcı istatistikler verilmiştir. Öğrencilere, öğretmenlere ve yöneticiler için hazırlanan anket sorularının güvenilirliği incelenmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi aşamasında bazı sorular birleştirilerek yorumlanmıştır. Birleştirilerek yorumlanan sorularda güvenilirliğe bakılmış ve yüksek güvenilirliğe sahip olanlarında toplam puan hesaplaması yapılarak t testi ile farklılıklar incelenmiştir. Verilerin istatistiksel analizi SPSS 15,0 paket programında yapılmıştır.Özel veya üstün yetenekli çocuklara eğitim veren okul ve merkezlerin eğitim ve yönetiminde modelleri incelemek ve bir model önerisi sunmak, özel veya üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin eğitimine farklı bir bakış açısı getirmek ve eğitim süreçlerine katkıda bulunmak gerekliliği tartışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to investigate, evaluate and develop education and administration models for schools and centers for the gifted and talented children.In this research, models and programs in educating the gifted and the talented children are examined; for being able to prepare for the development process, interviews are made with administrators, teachers and students; survey studies are made in the interviews with students and teachers from İstanbul BİLSEM and Beyazit Ford Otosan İlköğretim Okulu and using this information, a model proposal is presented.During the statistical analysis and evaluation, firstly, defining statistics about the variables which are fundamental in the study are given. The credibility of the survey questions which are prepared for students, teachers and administrators are inspected. In the data evaluation step, selected questions are converged and interpreted. These interpreted questions are checked and by doing total point calculations in the ones with high credibility, differences are examined with T test. The statistical analysis of the data is done with SPSS 15.0 package software.The necessity of examining models in education and administration of school and centers for the gifted and talented children and presenting a model proposition, introducing a different point of view on the education for gifted and talented students and contributing to education processes, is discussed.en_US
