dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, laparoskopik kolesistektomi ameliyatı geçirmenin öz bakım gücüne etkisini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı tipte yapıldı. Araştırmanın evrenini, İstanbul?da özel bir üniversite hastanesinde Ocak - Ağustos 2018 tarihinde laparoskopik kolesistetomi ameliyatı olan hastalar, örneklemini ise çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden ve çalışmaya dahil edilme kriterlerini karşılayan 125 hasta oluşturdu. Veriler, Hasta Bilgi Formu ve Öz Bakım Gücü Ölçeği kullanılarak toplandı. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, hastaların laparoskopik kolesistektomi ameliyatı yapıldıktan sonra öz bakım gücü puanları öncesine göre daha yüksek olduğu belirlendi. Kronik hastalığı olmayan, sürekli ilaç kullanmayan ve düzenli egzersiz yapan hastaların öz bakım gücü puan ortalaması yüksek olup, hastaların yaşı arttıkça öz bakım gücü puan ortalamasının azaldığı belirlendi.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted in a descriptive research type to determine the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on self-care agency. The population of the study consisted of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy between January - August 2018 in a private university hospital in Istanbul. The sample of the study consisted of 125 patients who accepted to participate in the study and met the inclusion criteria. Data were collected using the Patient Information Form and Self-Care Agency Scale. As a result of this study, it was determined that patients had higher self-care agency scores after laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery than before. The mean score of self-care agency was found to be high in patients who did not have a chronic disease, did not use continuous medication and exercised regularly. As the age of the patients increased, the mean score of self-care agency decreased.en_US
