Özet
Giriş : Acil servisler tüm gün boyunca sağlık hizmeti veren, acil durumdaki hastaların müdahalesinin seri bir şekilde yapıldığı, hastaya tıbbi hizmetlerin verildiği birimler olarak kabul edilmektedir. Dünyada da hizmetin kesintisiz olarak sunulduğu hastanelerin toplumla ilişkisinin en fazla olduğu bölüm acil birimlerdir. Amaç : Bu çalışmanın amacı acil serviste hastalara eşlik eden bireylerin yaşadıkları kaygının memnuniyetleri üzerine olan etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem Bu çalışmada 1 Ekim 2016- 1 Ocak 2017 tarihleri arasında Van da bir üniversite hastanesi ve bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesi acil servisinde tedavi gören hastaların 18 yaş üzerindeki yakınları çalışma evrenini oluşturdu. Veriler Spielberg durumluluk kaygı ölçeği ve bilgi formu ile toplandı. Bulgular : Yapılan araştırmada 205 hasta yakını çalışmaya alındı. Bulgulara göre hastaların Acil Servise başvuru esnasında hasta yakınlarının hasta ile ilgili ölüm korkusu yaşama durumunun (t=- 2,07, p=0,04, p<0,05) olduğu, hasta yakınlarının eğitim düzeylerinin (F=6,88, p=0,01,p<0,05) olduğu ve hasta yakınlarının kaygı düzeyi azaldıkça, acil servis hemşirelerinden memnuniyet durumunun arttığı tespit edilmiştir (t=-2,17, p=0,03,p<0,05). Hasta yakınlarının yaşları ile Durumluluk Kaygı Envanteri puanları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir (r=0,142,p=0,04,p<0,05). Sonuç : Sonuç olarak hasta yakınlarının kaygı düzeyindeki azalma acil servis hizmetlerindeki memnuniyet durumlarını artıracağı saptanmıştır.
Introduction : Emergency services are considered as units providing health services all day long and place where the intervention of emergency patients is done quickly, accepting as units where medical services are provided to the patients. Also in the world, emergency services are the units with which the society is most concerned in the hospitals where the services are provided uninterruptedly. Goal : The aim of this study is to determine the effect of anxiety on the individuals satisfaction whom accompany to the illness of emergency care. MaterialsandMethods : In this study, relatives of patient who treated in a university hospital and an education and research hospital emergency department in Van between October 1, 2016 and January 1, 2017 were formed the study universe. Age of the patient’s relative is over 18 years. The data were collected with the Spielberg state anxiety scale and information form. findings 205 patients were included in the study. According to findings, it was found that the relatives of the patients whose fear of death related to the patient is (t = -2.07, p=0.04, p<0.05)=0,01, p<0,05), and educational level of patient’s relatives were(F=6,88, p=0,01,p<0,05) and as the level of anxiety of the patients' relatives were decreased, the level of satisfaction with the emergency nurses was increased (t = -2,17, p = 0,03, p <0,05). There was significant relationship between the age of the patients' relatives and the State Anxiety Inventory scores (r=0,142,p=0,04,p<0,05). Result : As a result, it was determined that as the level of anxiety of the relatives of the patients is decreased, the satisfaction of the emergency services would be increased.
