dc.description.abstractGiriş: Bu çalışma psikiyatrik tedavide multidisipliner yaklaşımı incelemektedir. Eski çağlara göre hemşirelerin rolü çarpıcı biçimde değişmiştir. Uzmanlık alanları eğitim, uygulama, sosyal etkinlikler ve teknolojik ilerlemelerdeki gelişmeler yoluyla gerçekleşmiştir. Bu uzmanlıklardan birisi psikiyatri hemşireliğidir. Zihinsel sağlık ve psikiyatri hemşireliği, bilgi, deneyim, hemşirelik becerileri, biyolojik sosyal bilimler verilerini ve kendi kendine kullanım sanatı bilgilerini bir terapi olarak birleştiren bir disiplindir. Yöntem: Bu çalışmada uygun literatürün derlemesinde gözden geçirme metodu kullanılmış ve multidisipliner ekipte psikiyatrik tedaviyi meşrulaştırmak için mevcut verileri içeren bazı kaynakların analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışmaların uygun verilerin edinilmesi için çoğunlukla ikincil kaynaklara dayandığı söylenmektedir. Tartışma: Hemşire, ilaçların psikofarmasötik tedavide verilmesinde, ilaçların etkilerini gözlem altında tutarak, gerektiğinde müdahale etmede ve ilacın güvenliğini sağlamakla yükümlüdür. Multidisipliner ekip içinde, hemşire, hastanın iyileşmesinde önemli bir yer tutan danışman, eğitici, hasta savunucusu, bakım ve rahatlama rolü oynar. Klinikte, hemşirelik öğrencileri olarak, psikiyatri hemşiresinin doktorlara kendi çalışmalarını yapmaktan çok, yardımcı rol oynadığını gözlemledik. Bununla birlikte, etkili hemşirelik bakımı için, hemşireler takımdaki tüm disiplinlerle aynı seviyededir. Bütün ekibin amacı hastayı iyileştirmektir. Sonuç: Sonuç olarak, psikiyatri hemşireliği ve hemşirelik eğitimi, faaliyetlerinin kapsamı ve yeri de dahil olmak üzere yıllar içinde çok değişmiştir. Multidisipliner ekiplerin gerginlikleri, hemşiresinin becerilerini ve yeteneklerini anlama becerisinin yetersizliği nedeniyle ortaya çıkabilir. Hemşireler çok disiplinli ekiple çok çeşitli beceriler kazandırır. Hemşire, takımda etkili ve profesyonel bir şekilde bir rol oynamalıdır. Hemşireler olarak multidisipliner ekibin profesyonel rolünün yerine getirilmesi, hemşirelik öğrencilerine yararlı, daha bilgilendirici ve iyi bir hemşirelik modeli olacaktıren_US
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: This study examines the multidisciplinary approach in the psychiatric treatment. According to old years the role of nurses’ has been changed dramatically. Areas of expertise have occurred through the developments in the field of education, practice, social events, and technological advances. One of these specializations is psychiatric nursing. Mental health and psychiatric nursing is a discipline that combines knowledge, experience, nursing skills, biological social science data, and the art of self-use as a therapy. Methodology: This study utilized a literature review method in the compilation of appropriate literature and the subsequent analysis of some including available data as a means of justifying Psychiatric treatment İn the Multidisciplinary team. The studies are said to rely mostly on secondary sources for the acquisition of the appropriate data. Discussion: Nurse has responsibilities in administering medication in psychopharmacological treatment, observing the effects of medications, intervening when necessary, and ensuring the safety of the drug. Within the multidisciplinary team, the nurse has the role of counselor, trainer, patient advocate, caring, and role of relaxation which plays an important place in the healing of the patient. In the clinic, we as nursing students have observed the role of the psychiatric nurse in helping the doctors was more than doing their own work. However, for an effective nursing care, nurses are at the same level as all the disciplines in the team. The aim of the whole team is to heal the patient. Conclusion: As a result, psychiatric nursing and nursing education has changed a lot over the years, including the scope and location of its activities. Multidisciplinary teams’ tensions can arise due to the inability to understand the skills and abilities of the nurse. Nurses bring a wide range of skills to the Multidisciplinary team. The nurse should play a role in the team in an effective and professional manner. Fulfillment the professional role of the multidisciplinary team as nurses is going to be a useful, more instructive and good nursing model to the nursing students.en_US
