Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to be here with one mote time. I will be very brief because I think I delivered many messages during the morning, but this afternoon I will be more concrete and I will be brief, I promise you. First of all, ı would like to bring you back to article 26, paragraph 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which states what the functions of the education are.
