Abstract

Human adaptability is a challenge, which involves the flexibility of the human being to adapt to current environmental conditions. Even in prehistoric times, people tried to make their lives easier by combining and processing various raw materials, such as stones, wood, or bones, and inventing tools such as axes, spears, or hammers. Another factor by which mankind has reached the present level of development is the human thirst for knowledge, which, being impossible to quench by words, determines innovation, which is the engine of the growth of society's well-being. Throughout human history, man’s intellectual aspirations have been the trigger for the four industrial revolutions. The pandemic crisis has accelerated the digitalization of society, setting in motion a new industrial revolution based on human-centric personalization, the so-called Industry 5.0. Through this research, we set out to present a comprehensive framework for Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The implementation of the innovative RPA solution involves achieving maximum productivity with minimal wasted effort, and its result is the elimination of repetitive processes. Towards the end, we set out to highlight the benefits of successful deployment of the RPA and to highlight a few directions for future research.
