Özet
İşe eleman alımında insan kaynağının doğru seçilmesi çok önemlidir. Bunun için bilimsel temele dayalı seçim kriterlerinin uygulanması gerekir. Böylece, günümüz rekabetçi ortamında çalışan işletmeler doğru insanı doğru yerde kullanarak kazançlı çıkacaktır.
It is very crucial to select the human resources in the recruitment process. To achieve this goal, selection criteria based on scientific principles should beappied. Thus companies working at the competitive environment today shall be gaining at the end by utilizing the right human resource at the right location.
