dc.description.abstractBu çalışmadaki amacımız OHSS riskinden korunmak ve implantasyon başarı oranını arttırmak için 3.gün tüm embriyoları dondurulmuş (total freezing) olan polikistik over sendromlu infertil hasta gruplarında, çözme sonrası 3.gün ve 5.gün (blastosist) embriyo transferi yapılan hastalar arasında gebelik başarı oranlarını karşılaştırmaktır. Bu çalışmada 26/01/2015 ile 15/06/2017 tarihleri arasında Bahçelievler Medicana Hastanesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Üreme Sağlığı Merkezi’ne başvuran ve PKOS tanısı konulmuş olan 20-40 yaş aralığında YÜT uygulanan 55 kadın hastaya ait veriler retrospektif olarak çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır ve yaş aralığı, oosit sayısı, fertilize oosit sayısı, total freezing yapılmış olan embriyo sayısı ve kalitesi, embriyo transfer günü ve Beta-Human Karyonik Gonadotropin pozitifliğine dair tüm bilgiler tarandı. Embriyo transferi 3.gün yapılan grubun %76,7’sinin (n=23) dondurulmuş embriyo kalitesi G1, %20,0’sinin (n=6) G1-G2 ve %3,3’ünün (n=1) G1-G2-G3’tür. Embriyo transferi 5.gün yapılan grubun ise %84,0’ünün (n=21) dondurulmuş embriyo kalitesi G1 ve %16,0’sının (n=4) G1-G2’dir. Embriyo transferi 3.gün yapılan olguların %50,0’sinde (n=15), 5.gün yapılan olguların ise %60,0’ında (n=15) gebelik pozitiftir. Embriyo dondurma-çözme işlemleri sonrasında yapılan 5. gün embriyo transferinin 3.gün embriyo transferine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark saptanamamasına rağmen, gebelik oluşma potansiyeli açısından daha olumlu sonuçlar verdiği görülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, we aimed to compare the success rates of pregnancy between the patients who underwent (blastocyst) embryo transfer on the 3rd and the 5th day after the thawing among the infertile patient groups with polycystic over syndrome and subjected to total embryo freezing on day 3, in order to reduce the risk of OHSS and to increase the success rate of implantation. In this study, we retrospectively analyzed the data of 55 female patients between the age of 20-40, who applied to Bahcelievler Medicana Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology Center between the dates of 26/01/2015 and 15/06/2017, were diagnosed as PCOS and underwent ART. All data regarding age range, number of oocytes, number of fertilized oocytes, number and quality of embryos underwent total freezing, embryo transfer day, and Beta-Human Chorionic Gonadotropin positivity were scanned. The frozen embryo quality among the group who underwent embryo transfer on day 3 is as follows: %76,7 of those (n=23) is G1, %20 (n=6) is G1-G2 and %3,3 (n=1) is G1- G2-G3. The frozen embryo quality among the group who underwent embryo transfer on day 5 is as follows: %84 of those (n=21) is G1 and %16 (n=4) is G1-G2. Pregnancy is positive in %50 (n=15) of the cases that underwent embryo transfer on day 3, and in %60 (15) of the cases that underwent embryo transfer on day 5. Although no statistically significant difference was found between the 5th day embryo transfer and the 3rd day embryo transfer, each performed after the embryo freezingthawing processes, the 5th day embryo transfer seems to provide more positive results in terms of potential pregnancy development.en_US
