Özet
Küresellesme ve teknolojideki hızlı gelismelerin etkisindeki isletmelerin, bu yogun rekabet ortamında ayakta kalabilmeleri için üç temel özelligi saglamaları gerekmektedir: hız, esneklik ve maliyet avantajı. Bu konunun ele alınmasındaki en önemli sebep isletmelerin süreçlerini daha hızlı, daha esnek ve daha düsük maliyet seviyelerinde gerçeklestirebilmelerini saglamada Dıs Kaynak Kullanımı, yöntemini ve verimlilige etkisini açıklamaktır. Dıs Kaynak Kullanımı ilk ortaya çıktıgında isletmelerin toplam çalısan sayısını azaltmak ve maliyet avantajı yaratmak için kullandıkları bir araç olarak algılanıyordu. Ancak günümüzde Dıs Kaynak Kullanımı yalnız maliyet azaltma amaçlı degil, isletmelerin verimliligini, operasyonel etkinligi arttırmak ve yeni gelir kaynakları yaratmak için de kullanılan stratejik bir is yapma biçimi halini almıstır. Dıs Kaynak Kullanımı yöntemi ile hizmet almakta olan isletmeler daha etkin is süreçleri, maliyetlerde azalma ve hizmet kalitesinde artıs saglayabilmektedirler. Verimlilik = Çıktı/Girdi denkleminde paydanın yani maliyetin azalmasıyla ve edinilen isin/hizmetin miktarını ve kalitesini artırarak Dıs Kaynak Kullanımı öncesine nazaran daha verimli operasyonel rakamlara ulasabilmektedirler.
The impact of the globalization and rapid change in technology forces the companies to reach 3 major targets: speed, flexibility and cost reduction. One of the main objectives for selecting this outsourcing and productivity as a subject is to explain the outsourcing methodology and the impact on company productivity increase. The outsourcing methodology was used as a tool for cost and heacount reduction in early times. But today the it is also a strategic way of doing business that increases the productivity. Companies that outsource their processes and functions get more service quality and also reduce costs. The productivity formula P=Output/Input show us the operational improvement in productivity with the increase of input when compared with the previous state.
