dc.description.abstractDünyadaki şehirli nüfusun artışı ve kentlerdeki ticari, sınai faaliyetlerle kent yaşamının iç içe geçmesi, kentsel lojistik probleminin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmaktadır. Şehirlerdeki ticari faaliyetlerle birlikte şehir hareketliliği ve lojistik operasyonların ortak ulaşım altyapısını kullanması; kentlerde trafik sıkışıklığı, düşük hız, yüksek enerji tüketimi, gürültü, kazalar, uzayan ulaşım süreleri vb. problemlere neden olmaktadır. Şehirlerde ulaşım ve lojistik altyapısının oluşturulması ile kentsel lojistik işleyişinin planlanması yerel yönetimlerin sorumluluk alanındadır. İyi bir lojistik planlama; lojistik operasyonlar ve depolama faaliyetlerin bir arada yürütülmesi, lojistik akışların mümkün olduğu kadar azaltılması, şehir merkezleri ve sosyal yaşam bölgelerine giriş kısıtlarının oluşturulması, kent içinde aktarma ve dağıtım noktalarının planlanması, parklanma alanlarının belirlenmesi vb. unsurları içermelidir. Bu çalışmada kentsel lojistik probleminin irdelenmesinde üç milyonu aşkın nüfusuyla 22 adet sanayi bölgesi, limanları, yoğun ticari faaliyetleri ve turizm potansiyeliyle Bursa ili ele alınmıştır. Şehirde yapılacak kentsel lojistik düzenlemelerinin sürdürülebilirlik, yaşanabilirlik, dirençlilik ve mobilite açısından etkileri analitik hiyerarşi prosesi (AHP) yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Çıkan sonuç Genetik Algoritma ve TOPSİS yöntemleriyle optimize edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe rise in city population and the interlace of the city life to commercial and industrial activities cause urban logistics problems. Along with the commercial activities in cities, logistic operations’ sharing the transportation infrastructure with city life brings along problems such as traffic jam, underspeed, high energy consumption, noise, accidents and extended travel time. Forming transportation, logistic substructure and planning urban logistic operations in cities are the responsibilities of local governments. A good logistic planning should contain carrying out the planning of urban logistic operations and storage activities in cooperation, minimising the logistic flows as much as possible, forming access limitations to the city centers and social life areas, planning the distributing and transfer points and identification of parking areas in cities. In this article, the city of Bursa examined by the aspect of urban logistics problems due to its population over 3 million, 22 industrial zones, ports, its tourism potential and intense commercial activities. The regulations that are to be held in the city are analyzed by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in terms of sustainability, inhabitability and mobility effects. The result is optimized by Genetic Algorithm and TOPSIS methods.en_US
