dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumlarını, kendi eğitim geçmişlerinde okul öncesi eğitim alma durumları, ailede öğretmen olma durumu, cinsiyet, bölümü tercih etme nedenleri gibi değişkenlere göre incelemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubuna okul öncesi öğretmenliği programında okumakta olan 230 öğretmen adayıdahil edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak katılımcıların kişisel bilgilerihakkında bilgi edinmek amacıyla "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", mesleğe yönelik tutumlarını ölçmek amacıyla "Öğretmenlik Mesleğine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır, normallik varsayımları sağlanmadığı için Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis testleri ile sıra ortalamaları karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları incelendiğinde, katılımcıların mezun olduğu lise türü, yaş, cinsiyet, sınıf düzeyi, üniversite türü, kendi eğitim geçmişlerinde okul öncesi eğitim alma durumu, ailede öğretmen olma durumu ve bölüm tercihinde etkilenme durumu gibi değişkenlerine göre mesleki tutum düzeylerinin anlamlı olarak farklılaşmadığı, bölümü tercih etme nedeni değişkenine göre öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumun anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı görülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it was aimed to examine the attitudes of pre-school teacher candidates towards the teaching profession according to variables such as their educational background, their status of being a teacher in the family, gender, reasons for choosing the department. 230 students who were studying in the preschool teaching program were included in the study group of there search. The "Personal Information Form" was used as a data collection tool to obtain information about the personal information of the participants, and the "Attitude Scale towards the Teaching Profession" was used to measure their Professional attitudes. Since normality assumptions were not provided, mean rank was compared with Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis tests. When the findings of the study were examined, it was found that the occupational attitude levels of the participants did not differ significantly according to the variables such as the type of high school they graduated from, age, gender, class level, university type, their educational background, being a teacher in the family, and being affected in choosing the department. It is seen that the attitude towards the teaching profession differs significantly according to the variable of reason for teaching.en_US
