dc.description.abstractCompetitiveness in the 21st century is based on the new quality of knowledge and the certain set of skills. Among them are "soft skills" such as empathy, context sensing, collaboration, creative thinking, emotional intelligence, and cognitive flexibilty. Digital skills are still important and they mean the understanding of the algorithm, why it is needed and how to use it. There are certain barriers in the development of "soft skills". The main ones are traditional ways of consuming knowledge we got used to at schools, overuse of technology, and stressful work environment. There are ways to eliminate these obstacles, improve "soft skills" and develop other important the 21st century skills which are mainly focused on constant practice and lifelong learning.en_US
