dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın temel amacı okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin eleştirel düşünmeye ilişkin tutumları ile denetim odaklarının incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öğretmenlerinin eleştirel düşünme tutumları ile denetim odaklarının demografik faktörlere (yaş, cinsiyet, görev süresi, öğrenim durumu) göre farklılık gösterme durumları ve eleştirel düşünme tutumları ile denetim odakları arasındaki ilişki de araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu 224 okul öncesi öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanılan Eleştirel Düşünme Tutum Ölçeği Yılmaz Özelçi (2012) tarafından, Kontrol Odağı Ölçeği ise Dağ (2002) tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin demografik özelliklerini belirlemek için ise Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin eleştirel düşünme tutumları ve denetim odakları; yaşa, görev süresine ve öğrenim durumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar göstermiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the study is to examine preschool teachers' attitudes towards critical thinking and locus of control. For this purpose, the differences between teachers' critical thinking attitudes and locus of control according to demographic factors (age, gender, tenure, education level) and the relationship between critical thinking attitudes and locus of control were also investigated. The study group of the research consists of 224 preschool teachers. The Critical Thinking Attitude Scale used in the study was developed by Yılmaz Özelçi (2012), and the Locus of Control Scale was developed by Dağ (2002). Personal Information Form was used to determine the demographic characteristics of preschool teachers. Preschool teachers' critical thinking attitudes and locus of control; showed significant differences according to age, tenure and educational status variables.en_US
