dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, şirketlerin performansını artırmak vasıtasıyla SCOR modelinde bilişim teknolojilerinin (BT) önemini araştırmaktadır. Bu tür bir çalışmanın yürütülmesi, şirketlere odaklanmayı gerektirdiğinden bu çalışmada Türkiye'nin 500 büyük kuruluşu seçilmiştir. Anket çalışması için bu evrenden SCOR modelini kullanan 91 şirket katılmıştır. Anketten toplanan veriler, regresyon ile SPSS 21 istatistik programı kullanılarak yorumlanmıştır. Bulgular; bilişim teknolojileri çözümlerinin, SCOR model işlemlerini önemli ölçüde etkilediğini göstermektedir. Bu bulgulara dayanarak firmalara, operasyonel gereksinimlerine göre iş süreçlerini iyileştirmek için bilgi iletişim teknolojilerini kullanmaları önerilmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis thesis measured the importance of information technology (IT) in SCOR model by means of improving performance of the organizations.In this study, Turkey?s top 500 industrial enterprises were aimed for sample. 91 firms attended to the survey. For the evaluation of questionnaire, regression is used with SPSS 21. Findings show that IT solutions significantly affect SCOR model processes. Based on these findings it was suggested firms to use information communications technologies to improve their business processes based on their operational needs.en_US
