dc.description.abstractln this paper it will be highlighted the supranational aspects of international organizations and as an example of such organization the European Court of Human Rights. Supranationality can be defined by three elements: making of significant decisions by a body that is not made of national representatives and does not receive instructions from national governments; the subject of participants (national governments or individuals) are legally obliged with the decisions of the body; individuals or other private parties may interact directly with the body andlor have legal obligations as stated above.en_US
dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, uluslar arası örgütlerin ulus üstü yönleri belirtilecektir ve bu tip örgütlere bir örnek olarak da Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi (AlHM) ele alınmıştır. Ulus üstülük, üç unsurla tanımlanabilir: ulusal temsilcilerden kurulu olmayan ve ulusal hükümetlerden icazet almayan bir kurul tarafından kayda değer kararların verilebilmesi; bahsi geçen katılımcıların (ulusal hükümet veya bireyler), bu kurulun kararları karşısında kanunen mükellef sayılmaları; bireyler veya diğer özel grupların bu kuruIla doğrudan etkileşime girebilmesi ve/veya yukarıda beIirtildiği gibi kanunen yükümlü olmaları.en_US
