Özet
Bu çalışmada, Cumhuriyetin ilanından sonra yayınlanmış olan Tıbbi Deontoloji ve Tıp Etiği ile ilgili kitaplar ve süreli yayınlar incelenecek, bu alanda hizmet veren akademisyenlerin katkıları açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır. Sunuşa konu olan kitaplar ve süreli yayınlar basım yılı, dili, yazar sayısı, içerikleri gibi farklı açılardan tasniflenerek değerlendirilmiş, kitaplardan seçkiler yapılarak örneklenmiştir. Cumhuriyetin ilanından hemen sonra yayınlanan kitaplarda Tıbbi Deontoloji farklı iki uğraş alanı olmalarına rağmen Tıp Tarihi ile birlikte ele alınmıştır. Son yıllarda konunun yaygınlaştırılmasına yönelik çabalar sonucu tıp alanındaki yeni çözüm, girişim ve düzenlemelerin de ele alındığı konulara yer veren Tıp Etiği kitapları yayınlanmıştır. Araştırmamıza konu olan kitapların dili çoğunlukla Türkçedir.Tıbbi Deontoloji ve Tıp Etiği ile ilgili olarak yazım dili Ingilizce olan az sayıda kitap vardır. Tıbbi Deontoloji ve Tıp Etiği ile ilgili olarak yayınlanmış kitapların çoğu tek yazarlıdır. Ancak günümüzde bir çok akademisyenin bilinenlerini birleştirerek ortaya koyduğu çok yazarlı kitaplar da vardır. Bu alandaki çok sayıdaki kitaplara karşın sayıları bir elin parmaklarını aşmayan süreli yayınlar günümüz Tıp Etiği için başvuru eserleri olma özelliğini korumaktadır. Tıbbi Deontoloji ve Tıp etiği ile ilgili kitaplar ve süreli yayınların gözden geçirilmesi ülkemizin bu alandaki birikim ve deneyimlerinini paylaşılması bakımından önemlidir.
In this study, the books and periodicals related with medical deontology and medical ethics published after declaration of Republic in Turkey will be analyzed and contributions of academicians will be explained. The books subjected to this presentation were classified and evaluated in the context of their publishing dates, languages, number of the authors, translations an copy-rights situations, contents etcetera and the quotations taken form these books were explained. Medical Deontology books published just after decleration of Republic, were evaluated together with medical history even though they are two different fields. As a result of the efforts for prevailing the subject, books on medical ethics, which had taken the new solutions, attempt and regulations into account were published. The language of this books that took part in our study is mainly Turkish, but a few books written in English were also included in this study. Most of the books written by only one author on medical deontology and medical ethics. But there are some books written by multi-authors combining their knowledge. Beside numerous books in this field, few periodicals keep their importance as reference books. It is very important reviewing the books and periodicals related with medical deontology and medical ethics for sharing the experience and knowledge in this fiels.
