dc.description.abstractErişkin Still hastalığı (ESH), etyoloji ve patogenezi bilinmeyen, poliartrit, intermittan yüksek ateş, tipik cilt döküntüleri ve birçok organ tutulumuyla karakterize, nadir görülen sistemik inflamatuvar bir hastalıktır. İlk kez 1971 yılında Bywaters tarafından bildirilmiştir. Başlangıç yaşı 16-35 yaş arasıdır ve kadınları erkeklerden biraz daha fazla etkiler. Hastalığın tedavisinde indometazin, kortikosteroid ve metotreksat kullanılmaktadır.(1) Özellikle açık kalp ameliyatı geçirecek bu hastalarda postoperatif dönemde komplikasyonları önlemek ve aynı zamanda hastalık kontrolünü sağlamak çok önemlidir. Bu nedenle anestezi yönetimi açısından dikkat gerektirmektedir. Bu olguda mitral kapak replasmanı ve triküspit ring annüloplasti geçiren Erişkin Still hastasında perioperatif anestezi yönetimini sunmayı amaçladık.en_US
dc.description.abstractAdult Still disease (ASD) is a rare systemic inflammatory disease of unknown ethology and pathogenesis characterized by polyarthritis, intermittent high fever, typical skin rashes, and many organ involvement. It was first reported in 1971 by Bywaters. The age of onset of the disease is between 16 and 35 years of age and it affects women slightly more often than men. Its treatment involves indomethacin, corticosteroid and methotrexate.(1) It is of great importance to prevent complications in the postoperative period and also to control the disease especially in patients to undergo open heart surgery, requiring attention in terms of anesthesia management. In this case, we aimed to present perioperative anesthesia management in a patient with adult Still disease who had undergone mitral valve replacement and tricuspid ring annuloplasty.en_US
