dc.description.abstractBu çalışma İstanbul ili Sancaktepe ilçesinde bulunan Veysel Karani ve Akpınar Mahalleleri’nin Kent Deneyiminde Farklılaşma ve Ayrışma temelinde araştırıldığı bir çalışmadır. Bu konunun seçilmesinin nedeni kentsel dönüşüm alanlarında bulunan mahalle ve site yaşantısının kent deneyimi etrafında incelenerek, farklılaşma ve ayrışma kavramlarının dönüşüm bölgelerindeki nedenlerine ulaşılmasının amaçlanmasıdır. Farklılaşma ve ayrışma olgularına sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel ve toplumsal koşullar ve mekânsal ayrışma kavramları ile ilintili sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın genelinde farklılaşma ve ayrışmanın kent deneyimi başlıkları çerçevesinde ilişkileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Araştırma bulguları aidiyet hissi, mekânsal tercihler ve ayrışma kavramları ile ilişkilendirilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre farklılaşmanın nedeni ekonomik temelde olurken ayrışmanın ise inşa edilen yapılar çerçevesinde gerçekleştiğine ulaşılmıştır. Kent deneyimi alt başlıklarının bütünü çerçevesinde farklılaşma ve ayrışma konularını araştırması tezin özgün yönünü ortaya koymaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, Veysel Karani and Akpınar neighborhoods in Sancaktepe district of Istanbul are investigated on the basis of differentiation and segregation in urban experience. The reason for choosing this subject is to examine the neighborhoods and estates in urban transformation areas around the urban experience and to reach the reasons of differentiation and segregation in the transformation regions. Differentiation and segregation phenomena are related to social, economic, cultural and social conditions and spatial segregation. In the majority of this research, the relationship between differentiation and segregation under the titles of urban experience was emphasized. The findings of the research were associated with the sense of belonging, spatial preferences and separation. According to the findings of the research, the reason for the differentiation was realized on an economic basis and the reason for the segregation was within the framework of the structures constructed. A detailed analysis of differentiation and segregation and a deeper exploration of the subject, taking into account the sub-titles of urban experience, reveals the original aspect of the research.en_US
