Hekim hastayı tedavi eden bir kişidir ve bu nedenle onun da hakları vardır. Bunlar yönetmeliklerde belirtilmektedir. Hekim hakları tıp etiği ilkeleri ile kombine olursa değer kazanırlar. Bu makalede hekim hakları, tıp etiği bağlamında incelenerek orijinal sonuçlar elde edilmektedir.
Physician is a person who treats his/her patient and therefore, he/she has the rights. These are also specified in the regulations. If physician rights are combined with the principles of medical ethics, they obtain an important value. In this article, physician rights have been pointed out from the point of the medical ethics and some original results have been obtained.
