dc.description.abstractTarım-Gıda tedarik zincirinde çok fazla aşama olup zincir boyunca ürün her bir halkada farklı işlemlere tabi tutulmakta ve bu ürünün kalitesini dolaylı ve dolaysız yollardan etkilemektedir. Tarım ürünleri fiyatlarındaki enflasyon, gıda ürünleri fiyatlarını doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu durum da Tüketici Fiyatları Endeksini (TÜFE) etkilemektedir. Bu alanda yaratılacak iyileştirmelerin katma değeri yüksek olacaktır. Bu çerçevede tarım-gıda tedarik zincirinin oluşturulması ve performansının ölçülmesi için ilk olarak zinciri oluşturan firmaların sisteme kabulü için Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHP) yöntemi ile değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. İkinci adımda, operasyon süreci içinde üretici ve lojistik işletmenin ortaklaşa seçimi için yeniden AHP yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra Ortaklaşa Planlama, Tahmin ve İkmal (CPFR) yaklaşımı çerçevesinde; ilk aşamada doğrusal programlama yöntemiyle en uygun tedarik zincirleri belirlenmiştir. İkinci aşamada ise; belirlenen tedarik zincirlerinin performanslarını ölçmek amacıyla simülasyon yöntemi kullanılmış ve simülasyon sonuçlarının geçerliliği istatistiksel olarak gösterilmiştir. Son olarak, kullanılan yöntemlerin doğrulanmasını gerçekleştirmek üzere domates ürünü üzerine bir uygulama AIMMS modelleme paketi 4.59x64 sürümü ile analiz edilmiş, elde edilen bulgular ve sonuçlar verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the agricultural-food supply chain, products are subjected to different processes in each ring along the chain. This situation affects negatively the quality of the product. Inflation in agricultural products prices directly affects food prices. This is also affecting the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The added value of improvements in this area will be created will be high. In this context, for the measurement of the formation of the agro-food supply chain and performance; firstly the companies that form the chain have been evaluated by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for acceptance into the system. In the second step, the AHP method was applied for the joint selection of the producer and logistics enterprise in the operation process. Then, within the framework of the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) approach; In the first stage, the most appropriate supply chains were determined by linear programming method. In the second stage; The simulation method was used to measure the performance of the determined supply chains and the validity of the simulation results was shown statistically. Finally, an application on the tomato product was analyzed using the 4.5MS version of the AIMMS modeling package 4.59x64 to verify the methods used.
