Özet
Purpose: The peripheral arterial occlusive disease caused by atherosclerosis is important reason of morbidity and mortality. In this study we aimed to presented our femoro-femoral extra-anatomic and femoro-popliteal bypass applications lower extremity peripheric arteries. Methods: In our study, 30 cases operated for peripheric arterial occlusive disease between January 2001-2003. The results follow up 30 patients were obtained by colour duplex sonography, digital substraction angiography and clinical examination. Results: After a mean follow up of 11 ( ± 8 ) months; the graft patency were % 100 for femoro-popliteal bypass group and % 95.45 for extra-anatomic arterial bypass group. Conclusion: In this study, we presented peripheric arterial applications, which require surgical intervention in the patients who have higher rates of morbidity.
