dc.description.abstractRekabet ortamının yoğun olarak yaşandığı günümüz şartlarında İnşaat firmaları ne kadar kaliteli hizmet ve ürün sunduğunu söylese de önemli olan tüketicilerin kullanımlarına göre değerlendirmesidir. Bu bağlamda son yıllarda artan konut ihtiyacını karşılamak amacıyla birbirine benzeyen aynı tip ve planda yapıların inşaatları hızla sürmektedir. Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’nin en büyük arazi kaynağına sahip olan TOKİ kurumunun daha önce uyguladığı inşaat mutfaklarının karakteristik özellikleri, diğer mekanlarla ilişkileri, kullanıcıya uygunluğu ve memnuniyeti irdelenmiştir. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde; kaynakça kısmında yer alan yerli ve yabancı kaynaklar taranarak literatür kısım oluşturulmuştur. İkinci bölümde; Literatür taraması yapıldıktan sonra buna bağlı olarak konu ile ilgili İstanbul’da farklı ekonomik düzeylere sahip aile bireylerin ikamet ettiği bir sitede anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Son bölümde ise anket çalışmasının sonuçları elde edilerek analizler yapılıp bulgular ve sonuç bölümü oluşturulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the competitive environment of today’s world, the claims of the Construction Companies about their qualified products and services doesn’t matter and can’t compete against the evaluation of the customers. In the last recent years, a lot of construction projects which are very similar to each other, are being done with haste to meet the increasing housing demand. In this rearch; the primarly held subjects are the characteristic specifications of kitchens, its correlation with other areas, its correspondance with the end user and the satisfaction level of the customer, that were previously made by TOKI who is the largest land source owner of Turkey. In the first phase of the research; the local and the foreign sources that are mentioned in the bibliography were gathered and the literature part has been formed with it. In the second phase; a poll has been made about the subject in a housing site (in Istanbul) where contains different in-come levels of family individuals. At the last phase of the research; the results of the polls are gathered and anlyzed to form the conclusion part.en_US
